We are always thrilled when people visit us either here on the web or at one of our events or meetings. We are aware that there are some basic things that someone checking out Destiny for the first time will want to know. Hopefully, much of this site will give you a feel for us as a church and will answer some of these things. However, we also have a welcome and information just for you.

At Destiny we say that we want to "grow big and small" at the same time! Big - as there is a city to reach! Small -as everyone matters! Real relationships through church are vital for all of us and God calls the church a "family" with good reason. We certainly need Him - but we also need each other!

Community Groups

According to the Pattern Course

This is a course run to inform and equip anyone who wants to find out what Destiny is all about! It’s a chance to find out what we believe, ask questions and meet the leadership team. See the Information Point for course dates and more details.

It is a foundational teaching course which covers themes such as:

The Bible - where it came from and how it is put together
Repentance and what is means to be a Christian
Water Baptism
Baptism in The Holy Spirit
Leadership within the church
The Kingdom of God
Ephesian 4 Ministries
The Prosperous Life
Meaningful Relationships
The Future - Heaven and Hell
Upon completion of this course, people are then in a position to be considered for church membership.
