We See A Church

We see a vibrant, life-giving church. We see a church that grows bigger than the biggest building can hold.
We see a church that grows deeper in worship, passionate in praise, warmer through friendship and
mature through teaching. We see a church, in which all play their part, releasing their God given gifts

in service to others. We see a church that loves this city and does all it can to seek its prosperity. We see a
church that walks its talk. They are the same on Monday as they are on Sunday. We see a diverse church,
but united in purpose. We see a church that loves the unlovable, helps the hurting and off ers hope where

there is despair. We see a church whose leaders lead with boldness and integrity, and a people who
want to be led. We see a church where standing still is not an option or standing around for a revival not

on the plan. We see a church walking in confidence, but living in humility, knowing that without
God they can do nothing. We see a church, who at all times are committed to excellence, creativity and

passion. We see a church whose eye is on the ends of the earth, but realises that the ends of the earth
start at their end. We see a church whose people just love to bring people, and when they come they
are welcomed beyond measure. We see a church where the men have found their self-esteem and the
women their opportunities. We see a church who accepts that no one is perfect and gives room for change

in others, knowing that they are continually changing themselves. We see a church that celebrates each
member’s success and covers their weaknesses. We see a church that is owned by its youth and cheered

on by their seniors. We see a church where the mighty and the lowly can feel at home. We see a church
whose financial life becomes a river. It gives more away than it spends on its own needs. We see a

church filled with answers for life’s crises and when there is no answer, a heart that feels and arms that embrace. We see a church that speaks to this generation in a language that can be understood. We see a church that still believes in miracles, and the supernatural power of God. We see an exceptional, passionate, life-giving, God-glorifying church.
