Destiny Family Hub
Destiny Family Hub exists to be part of the Shawlands community, providing practical help, support, and a welcoming place for people of all ages and backgrounds. Our heart is to serve the local community by creating a safe, friendly environment where people can connect, find support, and feel at home.
Our Community Café is open every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, offering hot lunches, refreshments, and a warm space to relax, meet others, and build community.
Alongside the café, we run a variety of programmes designed to support wellbeing, personal growth, and community connection. These include Destiny Community Counselling, providing access to qualified counsellors for those who need additional support, Alpha, a friendly and open course for anyone interested in exploring the Christian faith, and Youth Nights for young people to connect, have fun, and grow in confidence.
As the Hub develops, we look forward to introducing even more services and programmes that respond to the needs of our local community. Our desire is simple: to help meet practical, emotional, and spiritual needs while creating a space that feels like a second home for everyone who walks through our doors.
