At Destiny, we believe there’s a place for everyone. Serving means, rolling up our sleeves and getting involved. Making our gifts, talents, and time available to see the church flourish. It’s also a great way to grow personally and to meet new people.

We believe that each one of us has a part to play in God’s Church and that each one has been given specific skills and talents to do so. How can you help build the church?

Which Team Is For You?

  • Hospitality

    Our hospitality team serves the church and its people by helping to create an atmosphere of comfort and joy. Whether through serving up teas and coffees, or making sure the atmosphere of our building is welcoming and inviting, join Hospitality if you have a gift to serve others.

  • Stewarding

    It is the role of the Stewards to make sure every person entering our services is welcomed and is made to feel right at home. In addition to this, Stewards help make sure all service elements and needs are taken care of and everyone is able to find a good seat.

  • Worship

    Our worship team exists to lead people into encounters with God during our services. If you have a gift for singing, songwriting, or playing an instrument and have a desire to see people connect with God, why not audition for our worship team?

  • Destiny Kids

    Destiny Kids is the children’s ministry of Destiny Church, where we love God, walk in His ways, and learn to carry His presence wherever we go. We believe there is no ‘junior Holy Spirit’ and that from even from a young age, we can all discover our Destiny in Jesus! Each service includes age-appropriate lessons, stories, games, and worship.

  • Destiny Youth

    Destiny Youth is the youth ministry of Destiny Church for ages 13 - S6. We’re all about building a strong community of young leaders who love God, walk in His ways, and carry His presence wherever they go.

  • Destiny Students & Young Adults [BOLD]

    BOLD is the Student & Young Adult Ministry of Destiny Church. We’re all about spreading the good news as we navigate the transition through university and the workplace. This community meets weekly as well as helps connect young adults and students to what God is doing in our church and city.

  • Media

    Our media team helps make our services look and sound great through sound and lighting production, live streaming, graphics, social media, and more.

  • Evangelism

    Our GO TEAM is made up of people who are ready to get outside of the four walls of the church to share the Gospel with those in our city. If you have a heart to see the lost saved and cared for, this is the team for you.

  • Prayer

    Our Prayer team believes that the platform to bring our requests to is Heaven’s platform. If you have a heart to connect to what God is doing in our community and help bring it forward through prayer and intercession, this is the team for you!
